Separation line for waste sorting
Our company, as a co-research company with EVPÚ a. s. Nová Dubnica, managed to develop a technological complex for the processing and sorting of municipal waste for material and energy purposes in the field of research and development.
The separation line for sorting of municipal waste is used for the recovery of municipal waste by treatment and subsequent separation of individual components of waste.
Components that the separation line isolates: paper, plastic, ferrous metal parts and no ferrous metals.
Structure of separation line for waste sorting is formed by:
- Walking floor with tearing
- Conveyors
- Ballistic separator
- Separation cabin
- Metal separator 1 – magnetic metals
- Metal separator 2 – non – magnetic metals
- Paper and plastic shredder
- Containers
- Switchboard with control system for control and regulation of individual parts
